2026 Games Showcase

This year’s showcase is May 16th.

Place: Wayfair Commons, CIS Building
Date: Saturday, May 16
Time: 1-4 pm

With the end of the semester, the annual GDIAC Showcase returns. This family-friendly event is open to the public, as we love getting input from the community. The Showcase will include student game projects from the past year. This includes both a large collection of PC and mobile games.

Here is just a sample of some of the projects that you will see at our Showcase.

Hard to Herd: Bark, make formations, and chase away wolves all while keeping your naughty sheep together in this player-vs-player sheep herding game.

Olympians: Wield and share divine relics with your fellow demigods as you fight your way back to Mount Olympus in this cooperative mobile game.

The Last Mile: Race across a crumbling post-apocalyptic wasteland as a food courier, balancing cooking with delivering your order on time in madcap mobile game.

Crush the Hero!: Sneak your hero crush out of your father’s dungeon, guiding him away from danger. But as a love-struck demon princess, he might decide to attack you instead.

Little Wonder: Gather new powers as you descend beneath your dying forest home to drive out the invaders poisoning the Primordial’s roots in this action-oriented desktop game.

Boba Breach: Fend off enemies with boba, defending your workers as they mix drinks for your impatient customers.

For more information on our games, as it becomes available, see our dedicated Showcase page.

The Showcase is open to the general public, so that everyone can play and experience these projects. The showcase is held in the new CIS building, which is adjacent to the Hoy street parking garage. That garage is open to the public on weekends. Alternatively, it is a short walk from Statler Hall, which is supported by TCAT Route 31w on the weekends.

In addition to the exhibits, the public is welcome to vote for the favorite in the award ceremony at the end. Come see what all of the excitement is about, and support our students!
